Overview of Recent Activity

Organizations across automation, networking, security, AI enablement, and infrastructure planning issued updates covering orchestration-first workflows, data security and resilience, and new platforms and deployments for enterprise and sector-specific use cases. Multiple vendors also described product releases and ecosystem moves around network APIs, SOC capabilities, post-quantum encryption, and VDI storage cost reductions.

Key Themes and Developments

Technology Releases & Product Enhancements

Fujitsu announced AI Auto Presentation technology that enabled AI avatars to create presentations in over 30 languages and respond to audience questions. It will be available as a Microsoft 365 Copilot AI agent starting June 19, 2025, and it used Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) based on pre-integrated materials.

Arcfra and Omnissa launched a VDI solution in which enterprises can implement Omnissa Horizon on the Arcfra Enterprise Cloud Platform (AECP) and “reduce storage costs by up to 61% compared to VMware vSAN.” The solution was provided via AECP VDI Essential Edition, and it used a distributed infrastructure approach.

Ceragon launched the high-powered E-band solution IP-50EXP for 5G deployments. It supported “up to 20 Gbps capacity in a 2+0 configuration” and included adaptive coding modulation and deployment improvements for “extended link distances.”

Partnerships & Ecosystem Engagement

Itential partnered with Selector to improve network and infrastructure operations during Cisco Live, positioning the collaboration around “real-time problem resolution without delays.” Itential also hosted live demonstrations at its booth and highlighted integrations with NetBox and ServiceNow.

Security Information Systems (SIS) partnered with Carahsoft to distribute alarm monitoring software to government agencies. The agreement designated Carahsoft as SIS’s Public Sector distributor, leveraging NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V and The Quilt for reseller partner delivery.

Telstra and Nokia announced a partnership to provide developers secure access to network APIs, integrating Telstra’s muru-D Labs with Nokia’s Network as Code platform. The collaboration aimed to give access to “live and simulated APIs” for application development and testing.

Infrastructure, Platform, or Deployment Updates

LPS and QAX launched their first joint Security Operation Centre in Hong Kong, using QAX’s threat detection and prevention technologies with LPS managed services. The SOC incorporated a System-on-a-Chip (SoC) that combined “AI-driven threat detection with human oversight” and included a dashboard for vulnerabilities and risk levels.

Netskope described a unified data security approach that combined DSPM and DLP technologies to “discover, monitor, and protect sensitive data” across environments. It also outlined a quantum-resilient approach, stating it was “prioritizing National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) recommendations,” including “ML-KEM 768.”
