Security Information Systems partners with Carahsoft to distribute alarm monitoring software to government agencies.

Agreement accelerates the delivery of proven alarm integration and monitoring software to government agencies.

Security Information Systems (SIS) and Carahsoft Technology Corp. announced a strategic partnership, designating Carahsoft as Sovereign Infrastructure Standard (SIS)'s Public Sector distributor. This agreement will make SIS's alarm integration and monitoring solutions accessible to government agencies through Carahsoft's reseller partners, utilizing contracts with NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V and The Quilt.

Larry Gloss, EverCommerce President of SIS, noted that the company has supported government entities for over 30 years and aims to extend its reach in the Public Sector through collaboration with Carahsoft. The partnership is expected to enhance Security Operations (SecOps) for government and military agencies by streamlining alarm monitoring and improving decision-making capabilities.

The collaboration will provide proven integration expertise, allowing government agencies to extend the life of existing security systems while implementing modern solutions. Centralized command and control will also facilitate efficient responses to security alerts through automated alarm verification and advanced analytics.

Alex Whitworth, Carahsoft's Cybersecurity Solutions Vertical Executive, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, emphasizing that it will help agencies tackle physical security challenges more effectively. SIS's solutions are now available via Carahsoft's SEWP contracts NNG15SC03B and NNG15SC27B, among others.
