Fujitsu unveils AI Auto Presentation technology for multilingual, automated presentations

Fujitsu Limited announced the development of its Artificial Intelligence (AI) Auto Presentation technology, which enables AI avatars to create presentations in over 30 languages and respond to audience questions. Starting June 19, 2025, the technology will be available as a Microsoft 365 Copilot AI agent.

The technology, part of Fujitsu's AI service Fujitsu Kozuchi, automatically generates presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint data. It incorporates a Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) process to provide answers based on pre-integrated materials. Fujitsu plans to launch a trial environment for corporate customers through the Fujitsu Research Portal.

Developed in collaboration with Headwaters Co., Ltd., the Fujitsu AI Auto Presentation will allow users to create avatars that replicate their likeness and voice. This technology does not require specialist knowledge, allowing any user to generate presentations. It will also be accessible via Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint starting in the third quarter of FY 2025.

The AI Auto Presentation includes features like autonomous slide transitions and customizable content generation. Fujitsu seeks to streamline the presentation process, enabling organizations to efficiently share information while contributing to a digital society.
