ZTE Corporation's Cui Li emphasizes AI integration in Shanghai keynote

ZTE Corporation announced that Cui Li, the company's Chief Development Officer, delivered a keynote speech at the GTI Summit 2025 in Shanghai. Her address, titled “Digital and Intelligent Evolution: Usher in a New Era of AI Civilization,” focused on the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and emphasized the need for a robust infrastructure to support advancements in these areas.

During her speech, Cui Li discussed how large AI models are influencing the ongoing technological developments, forging a path for continuous evolution across various sectors. She highlighted the importance of efficient infrastructure, optimized algorithms, and practical implementations in the pursuit of AI advancements. ZTE is dedicated to enhancing its computing capabilities and fostering collaboration at the edge, aligning with its goal of democratizing AI.

Additionally, Cui Li participated in the discussion on advancements in connectivity, building a framework that bridges 5G to 5G-A and into 6G. This collaboration with partners intends to establish a neural hub for the intelligent Edge Resource Allocator (ERA). ZTE aims to maximize the value of data and supports the adoption of AI in consumer and industrial applications. By adhering to its “AI for All” philosophy, ZTE seeks to create a more integrated ecosystem that addresses challenges surrounding privacy, cybersecurity, and ethics.
