Common questions
How do I claim my company's Listing?
Find your company in the directory and select Claim this Listing. It takes a work email and about a minute, and claiming is free. Once claimed, your Listing shows that you manage it, on free and paid plans alike.
Who can claim a company?
Anyone with an email address at your company's domain. Personal addresses such as Gmail can't claim a company, because the domain is how we confirm you work there.
What happens after I ask to be listed?
We review every request and reply to the email address you gave. If you ask again for the same domain, it's added to your open request rather than starting a new one.
Something about my company is wrong. How do I correct it?
If you've claimed the listing, edit it from your account. If you haven't, use the corrections process on Standards and Methodology, which also covers our sourcing rules and editorial oversight.
My company is already claimed by a colleague. What do I do?
Contact Wiretap Labs via the contact us form after you have registered an account with an email address that matches your company.
Do I have to pay to be listed?
No. Being listed and claiming your Listing are free. Paid plans raise research limits or publish your company's news to the registry; none of them change how your company is ranked or included.
