Ribbon Communications Inc. launched Acumen, an AI Operations (AIOps) and automation platform on September 16, 2025, to enhance network operations for service providers and enterprises. Acumen addresses the complexities of modern operational environments and supports the transition to autonomous networks.

Acumen includes out-of-the-box applications that enhance troubleshooting and offer Key Performance indicator (KPI) dashboards. It features Acumen Builder for creating custom applications with a low-code/no-code workflow builder, integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents into business processes.
