Ribbon Communications partners with Vibrant Broadband for network upgrade

Ribbon Communications Inc. announced a partnership with Vibrant Broadband to enhance the middle mile network infrastructure for improved connectivity. This upgrade led to a tenfold increase in bandwidth and improved network visibility, crucial for service expansion in underserved rural communities.

The partnership leverages Ribbon's NPT 2100 router and MUSE Multilayer Automation Platform. These technologies provide key capabilities such as operational efficiency and scalable deployment, positioning Vibrant Broadband to better serve its growing customer base and support upcoming technologies.

According to Andrew Kalkbrenner, IT Manager at Vibrant Broadband, this upgrade enables the organization to enhance its service offerings while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency.
