Atos completes first full cycle of UEFA national team competitions
Atos provided Information and Communication Technology (ICT) support for UEFA Futsal EURO 2026 in Latvia, Lithuania and Slovenia and completed its first full cycle of UEFA Men’s National Team Football competitions, concluding a multi-year engagement without major incidents.
The release said futsal accelerated across popularity, participation and market size; it noted the sport was played in over 100 countries and engaged approximately 12 million players, and that the cycle spanned three years with zero major incidents.
For the tournament Atos deployed ICT specialists at each venue and supported them with remote teams; the services delivered included accreditation management, local infrastructure, network oversight and configuration requests with Local Organizing Structures (LOS), and business user support across UEFA teams.
The three-year cycle included UEFA Nations League Finals 2023, UEFA EURO 2024, UEFA Nations League Finals 2025, UEFA Under-21 Championship 2025, UEFA Futsal EURO 2026 and European Qualifiers, according to the release.
