Atos Helps Accelerate Threat-Led Security Operations with Google Threat Intelligence

Atos said it integrated Google Threat Intelligence into its global operations and cybersecurity services portfolio. The company linked the update to earlier insight into emerging threats and to efforts to prioritize and contain threats.

Atos reported that it embedded Google Threat Intelligence within its global Security Operations, which combined 24/7 nearshore and offshore centers worldwide. It described its Threat Research Center and intelligence-led services as part of the delivery model.

Atos said the integration ran across its 17 security operation centers (SOCs) and its Threat Research Center. It described services as providing AI-assisted insight, support for detection and response, and reduction of false positives, alongside the idea of turning global signals into operational protection.

Atos said it would provide enhanced threat awareness, improved operational efficiency, robust digital risk protection, and tailored security solutions. Günter Koinegg, global head of Cybersecurity Services, Atos, said: “Google Threat Intelligence is a powerful addition to our Threat Research Center, combining advanced analytics, AI and human expertise. Our threat intelligence capability to transform a tremendous amount of security data into actional cyber insight, underpins our threat-led detection, investigation and response services. Google Threat Intelligence enhances threat awareness, helping Atos SOC experts respond to threats in real time through AI-powered orchestration and automation.”

Atos said it had been embedding AI-driven detection and triage to its MDR service as early as 2020.
