Atos and CNA extend multi-year infrastructure and cybersecurity deal

Atos and CNA extended their long-term partnership with a new multi-year infrastructure and cybersecurity services agreement. The companies described the deal as a way to continue supporting CNA’s ongoing IT operations while setting terms for base service delivery over an initial multi-year period.

The agreement included an expected total value of up to approximately $500 million over the duration of the core agreement, including potential future extensions and additional services. The companies tied the renewal to nearly a decade of collaboration and to service continuity across CNA’s enterprise environment.

Under the new contract, Atos planned to keep delivering infrastructure services that included mainframe services, network and middleware operations, digital workplace support, service desk, identity and access management, major incident management, and cybersecurity services. The scope also referenced Atos working across CNA’s broader IT partner network to support service delivery.

The contract included an initial 67-month base term, along with potential extension options and future scope expansions. “CNA’s decision to extend this partnership reflects the strength of the trusted relationship we have built together over many years,” said Michael Grunberg, head of North America, Atos. “Their commitment to quality delivery, transparency, and partnership has played a critical role in supporting our technology transformation journey and positioning us for the future.” said Jane Possell, executive vice president & chief information officer, CNA. Looking ahead, both organizations continued to explore how AI-driven service innovation and infrastructure modernization could enhance operational efficiency, resilience, and long-term business value.
