Atos recognized as a Leader in ISG’s Provider Lens 2026

Atos said it was recognized as a Leader in ISG’s Provider Lens® 2026 study for ServiceNow ecosystem partners, covering Europe and the United States. The designation ties to how the company delivers ServiceNow innovation, consulting and implementation, and managed services in the report’s service-category framework.

For Europe, Atos was cited in the study for the “Innovation on ServiceNow” area, including “ServiceNow Consulting and Implementation Services” work. ISG positioned Atos’ capabilities around secure, compliant and upgrade-safe ServiceNow-based innovations for organizations operating in highly regulated environments, and it also included Atos’ “sovereignty-ready architectures,” “out-of-the-box builds” and “industrialized innovation models.”

The Europe study description included Secure Horizon intellectual property aligned with security standards, plus AI Insight and AI Ignite frameworks. ISG also referenced integration of observability solutions through ServiceNow and Dynatrace. In consulting terms, it pointed to an Envision AI methodology supporting efforts to prioritize, design and scale AI-enabled use cases on the ServiceNow platform.

In the same Europe report, ISG placed Atos as a Leader in the “ServiceNow Consulting and Implementation Services” quadrant, citing advisory capabilities, certified European delivery footprint, and experience delivering sovereign and compliance-ready ServiceNow programs for large enterprises and public organizations. In the United States, Atos was named a Leader in “ServiceNow Consulting and Implementation Services (Professional Services)” and “ServiceNow Managed Services,” and it received a “Rising Star” position in “Innovation on ServiceNow.” “Atos stands out in Europe by uniting Envision advisory, AI Insight and AI Ignite programs for Now Assist, with Elite partner delivery to modernize, standardize and deliver complex, sovereign ready transformations at scale.
