NetApp announced the pricing of $1.25 billion in Senior Notes, including $625 million at 5.50% due in 2032 and $625 million at 5.70% due in 2035. Proceeds will be used to repay existing notes and for general corporate purposes. The offering is set to close on March 17, 2025.
