Rackspace Technology Recognized as a Leader in Two Categories of 2026 ISG Provider Lens®, Private/Hybrid Cloud — Data Center Services Report
Rackspace Technology said it received recognition in two categories of the 2026 ISG Provider Lens®, Private/Hybrid Cloud — Data Center Services report in the United States and the United Kingdom. The company framed the naming as a reflection of its managed services for operations supporting governed environments, including sovereign cloud.
The report covered “AI-ready Infrastructure Managed Services — Midmarket” and “Managed Cloud Hosting and Resilient Infrastructure Services.” Rackspace’s statements tied the recognition to enterprise requirements for governed operations, flexible deployment models, and production-ready AI services across private, hybrid, and sovereign cloud environments.
In ISG’s evaluation, Rackspace’s capabilities included managed private AI offerings, AI Reliability Engineering (AIRE) services, and VMware Cloud Foundation-based solutions. The report also referenced partnerships intended to accelerate enterprise AI adoption, along with the ability to support customers moving from AI experimentation to measurable business outcomes.
ISG cited strengths spanning AI reliability engineering across DataOps, MLOps, LLMOps, and operational governance, as well as deployment options across customer, co-location and Rackspace-managed environments. Rackspace also described resilient infrastructure with availability, security and recovery capabilities, plus support for regulated industries involving compliance, governance and data residency controls. “The market is moving beyond AI experimentation and into production, where customer success requires more than simply GPUs or infrastructure. It demands governed operations, flexible deployment models, and production-ready AI services that can scale across complex enterprise environments,” said Bryan Litchford, Head of Product, Engineering, and Data Centers at Rackspace.
