Nokia’s venture Enscryb partnered with Norwegian firm NODES, securing initial customers Nanuq and Smartecon. Enscryb focuses on real-time energy orchestration through digital twins and data analytics, enhancing management of renewable energy projects. This venture aims to address market fluctuations and demand complexities.
Enscryb utilizes Nokia Bell Labs technology to optimize energy systems and supports Nanuq in electrifying vehicle fleets while assisting Smartecon with renewable energy projects. Chris D. Jones of Nokia noted that this collaboration supports the sustainable energy transition through digitalization.
In another development, Nokia and Telstra partnered to provide developers secure access to network APIs. This initiative, linked to Telstra's muru-D Labs, integrates Nokia's Network as Code platform. It aims to enhance network functionality and applications for enterprise use, including traffic management and observability improvements.
The partnership allows developers to access live and simulated APIs, fostering application development using Telstra's advanced network capabilities. Kim Krogh Andersen from Telstra outlined that the project aligns with the Connected Future 30 strategy, emphasizing the encapsulation of connectivity capabilities.
