Cognizant to modernize Daimler Truck workplace services

Cognizant was chosen by one of the world's largest commercial vehicle manufacturers to transform and modernize global workplace services, an engagement described as aiming to improve efficiency, adaptability and user satisfaction across the manufacturer's factories and offices.

The release stated the work would proceed under a multi-year partnership and that the effort aimed to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation to enhance workplace operations across global factories and offices.

The release identified Cognizant WorkNEXT™ as the primary platform for the effort, describing it as a modern, flexible digital fabric powered by AI that helps build adaptive, integrated and human-centric workplaces, and that it embraces automation through a balance of AI-first, zero-touch and high-touch support.

The initiative was described to deploy Cognizant WorkNEXT™ across the manufacturer's global sites as part of the modernization of workplace services, combining platform deployment with automation and human-centered design elements cited in the release.
