Cognizant Introduces Cognizant Skillspring Learning Platform

Cognizant introduced Cognizant Skillspring, a multimodal, AI-native learning platform, to help organizations build AI-ready talent as roles and skills demands change. The company linked the release to a faster pace of AI-driven work changes identified in its research.

Cognizant’s New Work New World 2026 research said AI can handle $4.5 trillion in U.S. work tasks and impact up to 93% of jobs today, which it said outpaced conventional learning systems’ ability to respond. The company said skills are becoming part of the AI infrastructure organizations need as work evolves.

The platform uses AI agent-driven tutoring and content creation to deliver personalized learning. Cognizant said Skillspring maps skills to roles, projects and performance outcomes, then adapts learning paths as roles and skill requirements evolve. The company also said conversational, multimodal experiences embed learning into clients' daily workflows.

Internally, Cognizant paired Skillspring with the AI Fluency Dashboard, described as a personalized, real-time view of associate AI readiness, learning progress, usage and innovation. Kathy Diaz, Chief People Officer, Cognizant, said, “The AI era requires more dynamic learning systems designed to evolve as work, roles and technologies change. Cognizant Skillspring is purpose-built for the pace and complexity of this moment, enabling continuous talent transformation in the flow of work.”
