Apache Software Foundation schedules Community Over Code North America

Flagship event of the ASF unites open source and project contributors for detailed sessions, hands-on workshops, and networking opportunities

The Apache Software Foundation (ASF) announced the schedule for its flagship event, Community Over Code North America, taking place from September 11 to 14, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis in Minnesota. The event aims to unite a global network of contributors to ASF projects, fostering collaboration among participants.

For over 25 years, Community Over Code has gathered ASF project participants, including members and leadership, in a vendor-neutral environment. The four-day event will cover key topics such as big data, Internet of Things (IoT), financial technology, and geospatial applications. Each evening will feature Birds of a Feather (BoF) sessions for informal discussions among community members on their respective projects.

Registration for the event is available at an early-bird price of $650 USD through June 28. ASF committers can access a reduced rate of $250 USD using their @apache.org email addresses. Additional details on registration rates and deadlines can be found on the Community Over Code website.
