Vodafone Group acquires Skaylink GmbH for €175 million

Vodafone Group Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) announced it entered into a binding agreement to acquire 100% of Skaylink GmbH for €175 million. The agreement is primarily with funds managed by Waterland. Skaylink, a full-service specialist in cloud, digital transformation, and security, operates throughout Germany and Europe.

The acquisition aims to enhance Vodafone's service offerings to business and public sector customers. Skaylink brings a team of over 500 professionals recognized for managing cloud deployments and migrations in Microsoft and Amazon Web Services environments. This deal aligns with Vodafone Business’ strategy to grow in areas such as security, managed services, and cloud.

Completion of the acquisition is anticipated by the end of March 2026, contingent upon receiving the necessary regulatory approvals.
