Verizon Frontline adds Radiav and Siyata as verified partners
Verizon Frontline acknowledged the addition of Radiav and Siyata as participants in the “Verizon Frontline Verified” program. This program certifies products that meet the standards for first responders. Both companies now provide solutions focused on enhancing public safety communications.
Radiav’s Rapid Air Deployable (RAD) unit, a mobile communications solution, integrates 5G, Long Term Evolution (LTE), satellite, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet technologies to ensure connectivity in challenging conditions. Ty Roberston, Chief Marketing Officer at Radiav, emphasized the collaboration with first responders in developing the RAD unit, highlighting its utility in disaster situations.
Siyata’s SD7, a rugged push-to-talk-over-cellular device, also attained “Verizon Frontline Verified” status. Nick Yaeger, Vice President of Sales at Siyata, noted the device aims to enhance communication reliability for first responders who require robust solutions. Both the RAD and SD7 are part of the Verizon Frontline Crisis Response Team toolkit, enhancing the support available to first responders across the country.
“Radiav and Siyata are valuable partners in the program,” said Calvin Jackson, a Verizon Frontline crisis response manager. This partnership reinforces Verizon's network capabilities and commitment to equipping emergency personnel with reliable communication tools.
The “Verizon Frontline Verified” program designates products that have undergone testing to meet specific criteria for public safety usage within the Verizon network. Vendors must first participate in the Verizon Frontline Innovation Program to seek this designation, ensuring their products assist public safety officials during emergencies.
