Varonis Systems, Inc. launched its AI identity protection for Salesforce Agentforce, enhancing data visibility and control for IT and security teams. This announcement occurred during Dreamforce 2025. Varonis provided tools to manage data access and actions performed by AI agents built on the Salesforce platform.

Companies utilize Agentforce to deploy AI agents for various tasks. Varonis enables organizations to catalog AI agents and understand their data access and permissions, thereby strengthening security measures.
The new capabilities allow Varonis customers to:
- Inventory AI agents. Automatically discover and catalog AI agents built on Agentforce, including their topics, actions, and deployment status.
- Unify visibility across sensitivity, permissions, and activity. Varonis provides insights into what data is sensitive, the agents authorized to access that data, and the actions performed on it.
- Automatically enforce least agency. Varonis analyzes prompts and responses for sensitive data exposure and policy violations, adjusting access to ensure agents operate within their designated scope.
