Tech Mahindra Ltd. launched an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Agentic Process Transformation (APT) Center of Excellence (CoE) to support the move from AI experimentation to operational deployment. The initiative addresses scaling agentic AI work beyond pilots by using a repeatable approach tied to governance and enterprise execution.
The CoE combines Tech Mahindra’s business process services process expertise with AWS cloud and Agentic AI capabilities. The company said the effort is intended to help organizations deploy industry-specific AI solutions and support a path from pilot use to production deployments, with an emphasis on governed delivery.
Tech Mahindra described the AWS APT CoE as a scalable AI execution engine. It is built to deliver solutions using AWS cloud and AI infrastructure, and to apply agentic AI for tasks such as optimizing collection strategies. The CoE’s first jointly developed offering was Collections Guru.
Collections Guru is described as an agentic AI-powered collections agent co-developed by Tech Mahindra and AWS as part of the APT CoE. Target Group deployed the solution to transform arrears management operations, and Tech Mahindra said it delivered approximately 40% efficiency gains through autonomously optimizing collection strategies using agentic AI.
