SEALSQ Corp updates SEALQuantum.com Lab, focusing on quantum technology and AI.
SEALSQ Corp has announced updates regarding its SEALQuantum.com Lab, which focuses on the integration of quantum technology with Artificial Intelligence (AI). The lab has secured a total investment capacity of $30 million to support various initiatives, including collaborations with startups such as ColibriTD and the acquisition of IC’ALPS.
The SEALQuantum.com Lab aims to enhance semiconductor design and cybersecurity through quantum technologies while preparing for future challenges associated with the convergence of quantum and AI. The lab's recent projects include a joint effort with ColibriTD to develop solutions for semiconductor modeling and simulation, specifically targeting issues related to Intermediate Representation (IR) Drop in the manufacturing of chips at sub-7nm nodes.
With the increasing computational demands of AI, SEALSQ is also addressing the vulnerabilities these models face from cyber threats. The company is focused on creating quantum-resistant technologies that protect AI models and ensuring these systems remain secure against future advancements in quantum computing.
“Quantum, cybersecurity, and AI are converging fast,” said Carlos Moreira, CEO and founder of SEALSQ. “This convergence will redefine how we approach semiconductor design and security, paving the way for a more secure and efficient digital infrastructure.” SEALSQ's ongoing projects will further establish its position in the transition to quantum-ready technologies and reinforce its commitment to addressing current and future demands.
