Platform9 Launches Partner Program to Help VMware Customers Migrate to Private Cloud Director With Their Existing Infrastructure

Platform9 has introduced a Partner Program designed to assist value-added resellers, systems integrators, and managed service providers in helping VMware customers transition to its Private Cloud Director. This program enables enterprises to leverage their existing storage and server infrastructure, facilitating a more cost-effective migration process.

iShift, a partner in the program, is actively migrating 40,000 VMware virtual machines to Platform9’s Private Cloud Director for a Fortune 500 company at significantly lower costs compared to traditional migration methods.

Enterprises migrating to Platform9’s Private Cloud Director benefit from a GUI-based interface for Virtual Machine (VM) management, essential virtualization management features, compatibility with existing infrastructure, and a streamlined migration experience.
