Pindrop expanded its strategic partnership with NiCE to embed authentication and fraud-detection capabilities within NiCE's platform suite, a change the companies said would centralize procurement and shorten deployment timelines for NiCE customers.

The companies said NiCE customers could purchase Pindrop solutions directly through NiCE, simplifying procurement and expediting implementation. Pindrop and NiCE described a history of work to secure contact centers and deliver customer experiences, and said this phase extended those capabilities to a broader set of NiCE customers.

Pindrop's solutions enabled passive, real-time authentication of inbound callers and detected deepfakes, synthetic audio, and fraud indicators using the company's proprietary multi-factor analysis. By evaluating a caller's interaction data and risk patterns, the solutions provided authentication for legitimate callers while identifying fraud before it could cause harm across interactions from IVR to live agent or Artificial Intelligence (AI) engagement.

The companies delivered Pindrop Passport, Protect, and Pulse directly within the NiCE ecosystem through a telco-grade integration that included native integrations across NiCE CXone and NiCE Cognigy Voice AI agents. The integration was lab-tested, was approved, and is already in use by multiple strategic customers, helping contact centers improve call quality and real-time fraud detection.

“Pindrop is leading the charge in multi-factor authentication and fraud detection, and the integration required to support Pindrop solutions is a complex one.” said Dan Belanger, President, NiCE Americas. “We’re excited to partner with NiCE, both as a reseller and a strategic integration partner,” said Sumant Mauskar, SVP, Sales and Global Partners at Pindrop.

The companies described plans to extend the partnership's capabilities to more NiCE customers and to continue safeguarding calls while delivering clearer, more reliable voice interactions with built-in resilience.
