Newgen Software partners with Vision Bank for document management upgrade

Newgen Software partnered with Vision Bank, a Category-1 Islamic Financial Institution, to enhance document management capabilities. This collaboration utilized Newgen’s AI-first low-code platform, NewgenONE, to implement a comprehensive Electronic Document and Record Management System (EDRMS). The integration aimed to modernize the bank’s document processes, improve operational efficiency, and streamline workflows.

Through this partnership, Vision Bank adopted Newgen's automated document lifecycle management on the secure Microsoft Azure Cloud. The EDRMS effectively integrated with the bank's core systems, enabling seamless document scanning and management from creation to archival. This transformation resulted in improved tracking and retrieval of documents in real-time.
