Newgen Software partners with Vision Bank to enhance document management

Newgen Software announced a partnership with Vision Bank, a Category-1 Islamic Financial Institution registered with the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). This collaboration aimed to modernize Vision Bank's document management processes through the implementation of Newgen's AI-first solutions, specifically utilizing the NewgenONE low-code platform.

Vision Bank integrated Newgen's Electronic Document and Record Management System (EDRMS) along with intelligent Content Capture capabilities, allowing for comprehensive automation of the document lifecycle. This involved seamless connectivity with the bank's core systems, supporting processes from document creation to archival on the secure Microsoft Azure Cloud.

The implementation led to advancements in archival capacity and provided capabilities for real-time document tracking and retrieval. Parvin Jain, CEO of Vision Bank, expressed satisfaction with the partnership, highlighting improvements in workflow, security, and the foundation for future projects. Newgen Software's VP Sales Head for the MENA region, Prashant Sahai, acknowledged the outcomes achieved, emphasizing the enhancements in security and access to information as essential to supporting Vision Bank's growth.
