Mars Partners with Google Cloud to Empower Global Associates with Gemini Enterprise

Mars Incorporated and Google Cloud expanded their strategic partnership to use Gemini Enterprise across Mars’ global workforce. The change centers on how Mars Associates access AI capabilities intended to support work across company processes.

Mars said it had addressed data and legacy systems as well as AI fragmentation by using Gemini Enterprise as a unified hub for Associates to access and build AI tools. The deployment was described as starting with One Demand and Employee Productivity workflows and continuing across the global organization through 2026.

Gemini Enterprise was described as providing a unified enterprise search entry point for information across Mars’ infrastructure, plus low-code and no-code capabilities for creating AI assistants. The company also said Gemini Enterprise included governance features meant to help ensure tools built for different functions remained secure, compliant, and grounded in Mars’ core principles.

Mars described agentic capabilities provided to Associates, including AI assistants for complex, multi-step tasks. It also said Growth Orchestration would be used by Mars Marketing, Sales, and R&D with One Demand, alongside the unified enterprise search and secure agent consolidation functions. “Our digital investments at Mars enable unlocking the potential of our Associates and delivering real, sustainable business value that supports our growth. Our strategic partnership with Google Cloud on Gemini Enterprise builds on years of great learnings and innovation and strengthens the modular architecture powering our proprietary AI platform, Mars IQ,” said Marina F. Bellini, global head of digital technologies at Mars Incorporated and president at Mars Global Services. “Gemini Enterprise brings the best of Google to every employee, for every workflow. It provides Mars Associates with the digital tools they need to innovate while maintaining the company's rigorous operational standards and legendary creative spark,” said Karthik Narain, chief product and business officer at Google Cloud.

The rollout of Gemini Enterprise across Mars’ global organization continued throughout 2026.
