Kyndryl extends agreement with The Hertz Corporation
Kyndryl extended its agreement with The Hertz Corporation for five years to continue advancing Hertz's technology ecosystem and to support the company's operational requirements and system reliability.
Kyndryl's transformation services were described as designed to advance and improve Hertz's system reliability and to support Hertz's operational requirements as the company continued to evolve its technology estate.
Key components listed in the release included migrating mainframe systems to cloud-based architectures, consolidating IT platforms to create a more integrated technology environment, and leveraging Kyndryl's Agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) Framework to integrate AI-driven automation capabilities to optimize operational workflows.
Under the five-year extension, Kyndryl will continue working with Hertz by applying its Agentic AI Framework and Kyndryl Consult services to advance Hertz's technology ecosystem.
