Embed Security introduced its agentic security platform designed to enhance cybersecurity operations through autonomous alert triaging and investigation. This platform significantly mitigates alert fatigue by reducing false positives by 90%, providing security teams with efficient management of real threats.

R. Allen Darrah, Chief Information Officer at Spencer Fane, reported the platform saves approximately 155 analyst hours monthly, allowing teams to focus on more pressing issues. Seth Summersett, CEO of Embed Security, emphasized the platform's modular design, which integrates with various security tools for comprehensive alert management.

Akamai Technologies enhanced its Application Programming Interface (API) Security offerings to better address evolving threats throughout the API lifecycle. These updates include real-time monitoring, threat detection, and a Compliance Dashboard. Enhancements enable secure API management crucial for organizations leveraging APIs for mobile and online applications.

The recently recognized capabilities in API Security have led to increased customer adoption, with executives noting significant improvements in data security assessments. Akamai aims to support companies in securing APIs, acknowledging the growing risks associated with these systems.

Netskope approaches a landmark of 300 patents, with a focus on recent developments in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) forensics. CISO James Robinson highlighted the importance of collaboration between the cybersecurity team and the Research and Development (R&D) process in addressing real-world challenges, ensuring that patent developments meet current cybersecurity needs.

Micron Technology launched the Micron 2600 nonvolatile memory express (NVMe) Solid-State Drive (SSD), featuring 9th-generation QLC NAND and Adaptive Write Technology. The SSD is designed to enhance performance for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) clients, achieving considerable improvements in write speeds, enabling efficient data access across various applications.

Mark Montierth of Micron indicated that the SSD's performance metrics surpass those of typical value QLC and Total Lifecycle Carbon (TLC) SSDs, thus offering the advantages of both technologies in one product. The SSD supports a range of portable and client applications.
