Check Point partners with Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment to enhance cybersecurity at sports venues

Check Point Software Technologies Ltd partnered with Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment and the Washington Commanders to enhance cybersecurity measures at sports venues, encompassing the Philadelphia 76ers and New Jersey Devils.

As part of this multi-year agreement announced on October 27, 2025, Check Point will implement its cybersecurity solutions to strengthen digital safety at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, and across the Commanders’ digital platforms. Check Point will also sponsor the Verification IP (VIP) West Entrance and the Check Point Bar & Grill at Prudential Center.

According to Bill Diaz, VP of Vertical Solutions Sales at Check Point, the collaboration highlights the shift of sports organizations to becoming digital enterprises, which depend on data and connectivity to enhance fan experiences. Sasha Puric, CTO of HBSE, emphasized the need for robust cybersecurity to support innovation and improve event experiences.

This partnership demonstrates Check Point's commitment to the sports and entertainment sector's cybersecurity framework. Through access to HBSE's extensive portfolio, brands can enhance their fan engagement and create customized offerings to meet global audience demands.
