Check Point Software Named Recommended Vendor in NSS Labs 2025 Report

Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. announced designation as a Recommended vendor in the NSS Labs 2025 Enterprise Firewall Comparative Report, attaining a 99.59% security effectiveness score, which stands as the highest in the industry. This recognition underscores Check Point’s commitment to a prevention-first security strategy in a landscape where cyber threats have risen 44% year-over-year.

According to NSS Labs, Check Point received a top rating for its network security firewall for achieving 99.91% exploit coverage and exhibiting complete protection from evasion strategies. The evaluation involved testing against real-world attack techniques and enterprise workloads, affirming Check Point's approach to maintaining strong defense mechanisms.

“Check Point has maintained an extraordinary level of consistency in their security effectiveness over the years,” said Vikram Phatak, CEO of NSS Labs. Eyal Manor, VP of Product, expressed pride in the benchmark results, stating, “Check Point keeps organizations ahead of attackers with AI-driven protection across their hybrid environments.” The findings illustrate the vendor’s resilience, with Check Point registering a 100% score in exploit evasion resistance and reliability during prolonged attacks.

In light of increasing cyber threats, the NSS Labs report further illustrates a notable disparity between Check Point’s performance and that of other vendors, reinforcing its leadership position in the market. The test outcomes are a testament to Check Point’s emphasis on high product integrity, which minimizes the need for constant emergency patches and enhances overall organizational security.
