CalAmp, through its European subsidiary LoJack Italia, received a Grade A Toyota Supplier Quality Ranking from Toyota Motor Europe for a second consecutive year. The recognition relates to telematics delivery used for stolen vehicle detection and recovery services spanning Toyota and Lexus brands in Europe.
Toyota Motor Europe tied the Grade A ranking to consistent performance against its standards for reliability, security, and execution. CalAmp’s collaboration with Toyota in Europe has operated for more than 10 years through its European LoJack and Tracker subsidiaries, with the service integrated within Toyota’s ecosystem.
CalAmp described an operating model that combines connected vehicle data with dedicated Security Operations Centers throughout Europe. The model supports 24/7 monitoring, detection, and response, and it rapidly alerts law enforcement agencies across Europe when a potential theft is identified or reported.
The program supports more than 200,000 vehicles in service in markets including Italy, France, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
