Allot Ltd partners with Compax Venture for MVNO security
Allot Ltd and Compax Venture agreed to integrate Allot NetworkSecure and OffNetSecure into Compax Venture’s Telco-as-a-Service Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) model so brand communities could offer managed mobile cybersecurity.
Allot Ltd was described in the release as a provider of security-as-a-service and network intelligence solutions for communication service providers and enterprises, and Compax was described as supplying a comprehensive BSS/OSS software suite and managed MVNO services to brands and communities worldwide.
NetworkSecure is a network-based cybersecurity service platform offering zero-touch, clientless operation that requires no application installation by the end customer and provides protection from malware, viruses, phishing and ransomware while also offering content filtering; OffNetSecure is an extension of the platform that provides cyber threat protection for subscribers when they are not connected to the provider’s network.
Compax Venture planned to implement the first MVNOs to offer cyber protection services based on Allot NetworkSecure and OffNetSecure, distributing those services through Compax’s managed MVNO operations and BSS/OSS capabilities to brand customers and communities.
