JumpCloud Inc. names 2026 customer and partner award winners
JumpCloud Inc. revealed the winners of the 2026 JumpCloud Customer Awards and Partner Awards, naming organizations and channel firms recognized for their use of JumpCloud and for approaches to how fast-growing companies manage IT.
The awards program acknowledged customers in three customer categories—Best Use Case, Scaling for Success, and Make Work Happen Champion—and recognized partners across managed service provider (MSP) and value-added reseller (VAR) classifications with regional distinctions and awards titled Partner of the Year, Customer Impact Award, and Emerging Star Award.
In its materials, JumpCloud described an AI-powered unified IT management platform that consolidated identity, device, and access management and scaled from human users to autonomous Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents; the press release also cited device compliance and AI-driven Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) discovery as capabilities referenced in winners' examples.
Customer award winners included TestMu (Best Use Case), Lightcast (Scaling for Success), and Joseph Cunningham of OOONO (Make Work Happen Champion). Partner winners spanned Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Value-Added-Reseller (VAR) categories and included Delta Protect, Merit Security, Onix, Zoi Tech, Team Computers Private Limited, CloudMile Predictive Twin Engine (PTE). Ltd., PT.EIKON TECHNOLOGY, Fibre Channel (FC) Brazil, Cloud Office, NetNXT Network Private Limited, Networked Control System (NCS), HelpDesk Pros, YHM, StrataPrime, Devoteam, Shivaami Cloud Services Private Limited, Macktez, and Totality Services.
