Versa Networks announced its inclusion in Forrester Research, Inc.’s report titled “The Forrester WaveTM: Secure Access Service Edge Solutions, Q3 2025.” This report identifies significant solution providers in the Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) market.

Forrester’s analysis evaluated eight vendors regarded as leading in SASE capabilities. The research highlighted over 20 vendors offering cloud-delivered SASE platforms that converge networking and security technologies, including Software-Defined Wide Area Network (WAN) (SD-WAN) and firewall capabilities. The report narrowed its focus to vendors that fully integrate Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN), Security Services Edge (SSE), and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) into cohesive platforms.

In the assessment, Versa was recognized as a “Strong Performer.” The report noted Versa’s Operating System (OS) (VOS) provides various remote hardware and connectivity options, enabling security features embedded in networking software across different hypervisors, switches, and access points. According to the report, “The company is trying to push Zero Trust as close to the edge as possible.”

CEO Kelly Ahuja acknowledged the recognition, emphasizing the trust enterprises and service providers place in the VersaONE Universal SASE Platform. The report also reflected customer feedback stating that the vendor's unified interface streamlines the setup of networking and security policies from its cloud-based platform.
