Univers launches EnOS™ Ark 2.0 to enhance energy savings and decarbonization

Univers announced the launch of EnOS™ Ark 2.0, a new Artificial Intelligence (AI) solution aimed at helping enterprises accelerate decarbonization while ensuring verified savings and compliance with carbon regulations. The initiative aligns with Univers's position as a leader in the 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) (IoT) Platforms.

Designed on the EnOS™ platform, Ark is a modular application that facilitates quick integration with existing infrastructure, connecting meters, building systems, and Internet of Things (IoT) devices within weeks. This approach enables enterprises to achieve real-time visibility across multiple sites while leveraging AI-driven insights for efficient operations and sustained savings.

Key features of EnOS™ Ark 2.0 include AI-powered onboarding that enhances device setup and data quality monitoring, energy optimization for HVAC systems achieving up to 20% reductions in energy usage, and centralized carbon management with a focus on compliance reporting. Starbucks has utilized Ark to optimize energy usage across over 10,000 stores worldwide.

“With EnOS™ Ark 2.0, integrating AI and Generative AI into our unified cloud-edge IIoT platform improves autonomous operations and device management in real time,” said Michael Ding, Global Executive Director at Univers. EnOS™ Ark 2.0 is now available to enterprise customers globally.
