Tines Automation Inc. partners with Carahsoft to offer platform to public sector

Tines and Carahsoft announced a partnership under which Carahsoft would serve as Tines' Master Government Aggregator and make Tines' intelligent workflow platform available to Government agencies through Carahsoft's reseller partners and designated procurement contracts.

Under the agreement, Carahsoft would provide access to the platform via its GSA Schedule and the NASA SEWP V and ITES‑SW2 contract vehicles, enabling procurement through Carahsoft's reseller network and contract channels.

The Tines platform Radio Access Network (RAN) workflows that combined automation, Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) decision points and agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support IT and Security Operations (SecOps), designed to accelerate incident response while keeping analysts in control through configurable guardrails, governance and monitoring.

Tines' platform was listed on Carahsoft's GSA Schedule No. 47QSWA18D008F, SEWP V contracts NNG15SC03B and NNG15SC27B, and ITES‑SW2 Contract W52P1J-20-D-0042; the announcement also referenced an on-demand webinar and contact details for Carahsoft and Tines.
