Tenable and the U.S. General Services Administration reached a OneGov agreement to make Tenable’s cloud security solution available to federal agencies, including the Department of Defense, with discounted pricing through March 31, 2027.

The announcement described plans to support the federal government’s cloud-first policy by accelerating secure cloud adoption and by equipping agencies with insight and resilience to safeguard mission-critical systems, ensure operational continuity, and maintain public trust.

Tenable Cloud Security provides unified visibility and control across multi-cloud environments, enables protection of sensitive data, and supports modernization of cloud infrastructure. The offering is FedRAMP-authorized, was described as a Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP), and supports visibility across infrastructure, identities and workloads while addressing identity risk management, least privilege enforcement, continuous compliance, and analysis of Artificial Intelligence (AI) resources across multi-cloud environments.

Under the OneGov arrangement, GSA agreed to deliver Tenable Cloud Security to federal agencies and to make the product available at a discount through March 31, 2027; the Department of Defense was included among named agencies. The release said the collaboration described plans to equip federal agencies with tools to modernize and reduce risk in the Edge Resource Allocator (ERA).
