Tech Mahindra and ServiceNow partner for broadband solutions

Tech Mahindra has established a partnership with ServiceNow to deliver advanced broadband solutions specifically tailored for Communication Service Providers (CSPs). This collaboration will provide a comprehensive range of solutions covering network planning, operations management, customer experience improvement, and service monetization.

The integrated offering utilizes Tech Mahindra's netOps.now platform, which is built on ServiceNow's Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) product suites. This solution aims to unify operations across customer care, order management, and partner ecosystems while incorporating AI-driven analytics and Network as a Service (NaaS) capabilities.

Atul Soneja, Chief Operating Officer of Tech Mahindra, stated, “The telco industry faces increasing pressure to modernize legacy systems, streamline network management, and enhance operational agility. Our partnership with ServiceNow will address these challenges and empower broadband providers to deliver high-speed connectivity, drive digital inclusion, and create value for communities globally.”

This partnership is part of Tech Mahindra's strategy to grow its presence in the global broadband market, facilitating efficient scaling of digital infrastructure for CSPs.

A recent implementation of this solution for a leading FiberCo in Germany highlighted its effectiveness, resulting in a 20% reduction in fiber rollout time and consolidating 22 legacy systems into one platform, thereby enhancing operational performance.

The partnership positions Tech Mahindra and ServiceNow to capitalize on the growing demand for broadband, aiming to enhance digital inclusion and connectivity while creating new opportunities in the market.
