SEALSQ outlines second-phase deployment for SEALQuantum.com Sovereign Quantum Vertical Stack
SEALSQ Corp described how its SEALQuantum.com Sovereign Quantum Vertical Stack connected partners and portfolio companies within the SEALQUANTUM.com ecosystem. The company tied the effort to a planned second phase of deployment starting in September 2026.
SEALSQ said it had already deployed more than $65 million from a $200 million budget allocation for SEALQuantum.com. Beginning in September, it planned to enter a second phase that earmarked an additional $100 million to close through the end of 2027, focused on strategic quantum assets and platform scale.
The Stack followed a “Root-to-Qubit” architecture intended to link layers across secure semiconductors, post-quantum cryptographic infrastructure, digital identity, embedded AI, and satellite and space-based infrastructure. SEALSQ described a common, interoperable framework where partners and portfolio companies including EeroQ and Quobly contributed technology layers connected upward and downward to neighboring components. The company also described a single, auditable chain of trust from the semiconductor wafer to the satellite constellation.
SEALSQ said the base included a certified secure-semiconductor and PKI foundation developed with manufacturing and process partners such as GlobalFoundries, supported by a strategic Memorandum of Understanding covering secure semiconductor platforms, post-quantum cryptography and CryoCMOS technologies for quantum computing. It said Quobly’s silicon spin-qubit architecture and EeroQ’s electrons-on-helium architecture used CMOS-compatible fabrication and were connected to the same trusted manufacturing base, while ColibriTD and IC'ALPS mapped hardware into deployable products. Carlos Moreira, Chairman and CEO of SEALSQ, said “With the Quantum Vertical Sovereign Stack, our objective is to build a scalable, sovereign quantum platform that can translate today’s capital deployment into tomorrow’s recurring revenue and strategic moat,” and added “GlobalFoundries provides a trusted, high-volume manufacturing base, while Quobly and EeroQ give us two complementary, CMOS-compatible paths to quantum processors on that same foundation.” Forward-looking statements referenced future strategy, financial performance, and results of operations, and noted that actual results could differ from expectations.
