SEALSQ Corp to relocate Geneva headquarters to Pont-Rouge

SEALSQ Corp and its parent WISeKey said they announced the relocation of their Geneva headquarters to Pont-Rouge, with the move scheduled for August 2026, and that the new site would host the Geneva Quantum Center of Excellence as part of the group’s expansion and stated ambition to lead the next Edge Resource Allocator (ERA) of trusted digital and quantum technologies.

The companies described Pont-Rouge as a Lancy district completed in 2023 and centered on the Lancy-Pont-Rouge station, six minutes from Geneva’s main station, offering connectivity, low-carbon infrastructure, and an ecosystem that includes international companies, research actors, and collaborative workspaces.

The Geneva Quantum Center of Excellence was presented as a deep-tech convergence platform that would integrate quantum computing, post-quantum cybersecurity, secure semiconductors, space technologies, robotics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) into a demonstrable ecosystem. The press release outlined a Quantum Computer Hub focused on quantum-secure hardware roots of trust, co-design of qubits with control electronics and firmware, hybrid quantum/classical computing models, and secure interfaces between quantum processors and embedded systems.

The center was said to include a live, end-to-end demonstration environment showing post-quantum secure semiconductors and secure elements, digital identity and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) infrastructures, secure Internet of Things (IoT) and edge devices, WISeRobot autonomous and secure robotic systems, WISeSat satellite identity and secure communications, and blockchain-anchored trust services. The release also described the SEALSQ Quantum Investment Fund, SEALQUANTUM.com, a platform of over USD 100 million intended to build a root-to-quantum vertical stack and to accelerate deployment in the United States and in Europe.

The communication expressly or implicitly contained forward-looking statements about SEALSQ’s business strategy, financial performance, events or developments expected in the future, noted that actual results may differ materially from those statements, and stated that SEALSQ did not undertake to update those forward-looking statements.
