SEALSQ Corp hosts Provence event and outlines 2026 plans
SEALSQ Corp held a gathering in Provence on December 2, 2025 to review its 2025 results and to present strategic priorities for 2026, with an emphasis on recent financial outcomes and operational milestones.
Company executives reported FY2025 revenue guidance of $17.5 million to $20.0 million, which the release described as 59% to 82% year-over-year growth, and provided preliminary year-to-date revenues of $9.9 million, a 41% increase year over year, including $5.1 million in the third quarter of 2025; the results incorporated two months of revenue from IC'Alps following its August 4, 2025 acquisition.
During the event, management presented technical developments from 2025, including the development of the first chip engineered in France to resist the quantum Edge Resource Allocator (ERA); the company continued to focus on Semiconductors, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Post-Quantum technology hardware and software as core product areas, and it described ongoing work to scale its post-quantum product roadmap.
The company also noted its uplisting on NASDAQ and described having more than €450 million in cash reserves, and it outlined plans that included potential targeted acquisitions and planned new product lines in support of its stated long-term 2030 goal to develop its own secure sovereign quantum computer.
