ScienceLogic partners with GlobalConnect to enhance AI strategy and observability

ScienceLogic has announced a strategic agreement with GlobalConnect, aimed at enhancing Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities and observability. This partnership will allow GlobalConnect to consolidate its monitoring tools, improving customer experience through automated IT operations and analytics.

GlobalConnect, a provider of digital infrastructure and data communication solutions in the Nordics, is responsible for over half of the data traffic in the region. Through this collaboration, ScienceLogic will deliver essential observability for 24/7 network monitoring, supporting GlobalConnect’s 245,000-kilometer (approximately 152,000-mile) network.

The ScienceLogic AI Platform and the Skylar AI suite will provide real-time insights and streamline problem resolution. According to ScienceLogic CEO Dave Link, this relationship empowers GlobalConnect to utilize advanced AI technology to enhance service assurance and customer trust.

Uffe Tomasson, CTOO of GlobalConnect, stated that the agreement will replace multiple monitoring systems with a unified platform, thereby improving the customer experience. This strategic move positions both companies to benefit from enhanced operational efficiencies and service delivery.
