SailPoint introduces Navigators flexible pricing option

SailPoint announced SailPoint Navigators, a pricing model that complemented its SailPoint Identity Security Cloud suites and provided customers options for purchasing and consuming identity security.

The release described growing complexity in identity security, naming management of human and non-human identities and securing Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents. The company said Navigators gave customers access to capabilities they could scale as needs changed.

SailPoint Navigators provided access to core capabilities through purchasing pathways while remaining integrated with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. The Digital identity Flex option included SailPoint Machine Identity Security and SailPoint Agent Identity Security with delivery support for onboarding and allowed customers to shift allocation between machine and agent identities. Premier Flex allowed access to different SailPoint Platform capabilities and exchange of identity types.

Modernization Flex was designed for IdentityIQ customers transitioning to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud; it combined suite licensing with capabilities to support migration and preserve governance continuity. Navigators used a pre-negotiated commitment that customers could apply to identity security capabilities, which allowed deployment of new capabilities without additional procurement approvals, access to released features, adjustment of capability mix, and expansion of coverage as identity needs grew.

This is about empowering our customers to make security decisions on their terms.” SailPoint said Navigators was available immediately for Business and Business Plus customers.
