RelationalAI receives $22.5 million from Snowflake and AT&T Ventures
Snowflake Ventures and AT&T Ventures made a $22.5 million investment in RelationalAI to scale development of the company’s GenAI-native decision intelligence system and to deepen integration with Snowflake Intelligence. The investment also accelerated delivery and distribution with Snowflake customers such as AT&T.
The release said enterprises needed Artificial Intelligence (AI) they could trust for business decisions and that frontier models were blind to an enterprise’s inner workings; as a result, Generative AI (GenAI) remained on the sidelines for day-to-day decision making.
RelationalAI described Large Language Model (LLM) training technology that was specific and secured to an individual customer’s data and that combined inference-time compute with reasoning applied to private enterprise data and semantics during the training process, which the company said led to recursive self-improvement. The system runs natively inside the Snowflake Data Cloud and delivers fast, explainable results without data movement or duplication.
The companies said RelationalAI offered enterprise LLM training, an 80x algorithmic efficiency claim, and native operation inside the enterprise data cloud to maintain control, security, compliance, and data ownership. The investment targeted scaling the decision intelligence system and expanding integration with Snowflake Intelligence.
“We’re on the path to achieving reliable enterprise decision making at viable price points,” said Molham Aref, Founder and CEO of RelationalAI. “Our AI technology integrates inference-time compute, with reasoning applied to private enterprise data and semantics during the LLM training process, leading to recursive self-improvement in capabilities of LLMs. Decision intelligence represents a new frontier in how enterprises combine large language models with complex reasoning.”
The companies described plans to scale the system, deepen integration with Snowflake Intelligence, and accelerate delivery and distribution with Snowflake customers such as AT&T.
