RADCOM Ltd. secures contract to supply Smart Network Visibility Solution

RADCOM Ltd. secured a contract through Rakuten Symphony to supply its Smart Network Visibility Solution to a mobile operator, a development the company said would provide an end-to-end view of the operator’s network and reduce monitoring costs.

The release said the solution acted as a layer between the network and the operator’s service assurance platform and delivered accurate, intelligent data collection with flexible options for retention and delivery, enabling comprehensive observability.

RADCOM described the offering as engineered for demanding network environments and said it provided high-performance data analysis at scale, real-time traffic insights, detailed metadata, and high-speed analysis to support cost-efficient observability.

The product provided a range of network visibility functions that included traffic aggregation, filtering, Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) stripping, Generic Routing Encapsulation (GRE) tunneling and termination, Monitoring-as-Code (MaC) replacement, packet slicing, load balancing, session tracking, port labeling, header stripping, deduplication, data masking, capping and sampling, and time-stamping.

“5G networks are highly dynamic and require real-time subscriber analytics to identify and resolve customer-impacting issues quickly,” said Benny Eppstein, RADCOM’s Chief Executive Officer.

The release also included a forward-looking statement notice that said certain statements using words such as “estimate,” “project,” “intend,” “expect,” “'believe,” “may,” “might,” “ potential,” “anticipate,” and “plan” were intended to identify forward-looking statements.
