Rackspace Technology named a leader in three ISG report categories

Rackspace Technology was positioned as a leader in three quadrants of the 2025 ISG Provider Lens Multi Public Cloud Services Report for the U.S., a recognition linked to its work with midmarket organizations.

The 2025 ISG Provider Lens report evaluated providers that helped enterprises modernize, manage, and scale environments across multiple public clouds and assessed providers on their ability to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, Generative AI (GenAI) and advanced FinOps optimization frameworks into their offerings.

Rackspace described capabilities that included AI-driven cloud transformation, secure multicloud operations, and FinOps support, and the report examined how providers incorporated AI, automation and GenAI into their service models.

ISG positioned Rackspace as a leader in Consulting and Transformation Services — Midmarket; Managed Services — Midmarket; and FinOps Services and AI-driven Optimization.
