Rackspace Technology identified as Leader in ISG 2025 AWS report

Rackspace Technology was identified as a Leader in four quadrants of the 2025 ISG Provider Lens AWS Ecosystem Partners Report for the U.S., a designation issued by ISG Provider Lens that evaluated AWS-focused service providers.

The 2025 ISG Provider Lens AWS Ecosystem Partners Report was a comprehensive research study that evaluated AWS-focused service providers across multiple dimensions of cloud and Artificial Intelligence (AI) transformation and benchmarked providers on their ability to deliver end-to-end AWS services, from migration and modernization to AI-driven innovation and Situational Awareness Platform (SAP) workload management.

The ISG research cited Rackspace’s workload-aware migration, application modernization, cloud-native data services and AI industrialization through its proprietary Foundry for AI by Rackspace (FAIR™), RITA and Incident Correlation Engine (ICE) assets. Rackspace counts more than 2,700 AWS certifications worldwide with 19 AWS competencies, including Generative AI (GenAI).

In the U.S., Rackspace was identified as a Leader in AWS Professional Services, AWS Managed Services, AWS Enterprise Data Modernization and AI Services, and AWS SAP Workloads. Rackspace was also identified as a Leader in two quadrants for Germany: AWS Professional Services and AWS Managed Services.
