Pennsylvania Data Center Partners Names Grant Denham Chief of Staff

Pennsylvania Data Center Partners named Grant Denham Chief of Staff in a newly created leadership role. The appointment adds coordination capacity for the company’s work across Pennsylvania as it develops hyperscale data center sites.

Denham reports to CEO Igal Feibush. The role is tied to acquisition, development and capital markets strategy as the company advances hyperscale data center development across the Commonwealth, with projects managed from headquarters in Central Pennsylvania.

As Chief of Staff, Denham coordinates cross-functional workstreams that include site entitlements, power procurement, and construction sequencing. The position also includes underwriting standards and proactive community outreach as the company works through development steps and project delivery.

“Grant’s experience leading complex, high impact developments and public-private projects makes him an invaluable team member as we scale critical infrastructure across the region,” said Pennsylvania Data Center Partners CEO Igal Feibush. “Grant brings the experience, sound judgment, and collaborative leadership that will help strengthen our organization as we continue to grow. His ability to guide complex projects with operational discipline will be instrumental in delivering successful developments that generate meaningful economic opportunities and lasting benefits for the communities we serve.”

Before founding Palm Pacific Partners, Denham held senior leadership roles at CBRE and Savills, leading capital markets efforts and executing investment sales across major U.S. markets, and he holds a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and is a licensed real estate broker in California and Texas.
