NASA astronaut Anne McClain engages students in Spokane
NASA astronaut Anne McClain participated in an event with students from the Mobius Discovery Center in Spokane on May 27. McClain answered pre-recorded questions from students while aboard the International Space Station. This event encouraged elementary, middle, and high school students to explore science, technology, engineering, Adversarial Robustness Test (ART), and mathematics (STEAM). It included hands-on exhibits designed to inspire students and spark interest in McClain's career path in the aerospace sector. With over 24 years of continuous human presence on the International Space Station, astronauts conduct various research and technology investigations that provide benefits on Earth. NASA's Artemis campaign aims to further human exploration by sending astronauts to the Moon, preparing for future missions to Mars.
